The Silicon Valley chapter of the Society of Satellite Professionals International was hosted at the SSL Small Satellite Manufacturing Facility in Palo Alto on Tuesday, Sept. 29, 2015.

This is a new facility recently opened by SSL to focus on the emerging small satellite market. The initial hardware build is of Skybox Imaging's SkySat spacecraft.

Over 75 people attended the event, which allowed SSPI SV members a chance to the small satellite capabilities being built up in the Bay area.

Many thanks to SSL for hosting us at their facility.
